Easy to use and helpful finding deductions. Well worth the money and no need to go to a CPA or other tax preparer.

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX DELUXE FOR MORE THAN TEN YEARS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS AND DID NOT HAVE TO CALL FOR ASSISTANCE. THIS YEAR WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAD A PROBLEM THAT I HAD TO CALL FOR ASSISTANCE AND THAT PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED.

For all those idiots who wrote in to complain that there was no Stata tax in the package: Duh! Read the box. It states clearly that this package is for Federal tax only. Every newspaper in the US is carrying ads from the usual sources of tax software selling the Federal + State for $44.95. So, you must have thought you were getting a real bargain. If you’re dumb enough to buy without reading what you are buying, you shouldn’t complain.

TurboTax seems determined to give me a $30,000 deduction I do not deserve. Wonderful if it was real. I have uninstalled the software, reinstalled, updated, and reentered my data twice. This is a bug. The only response I get from Intuit is survey’s asking for feedback on the response I got to my trouble report.

    Do not waste your money.
