Update Latest Ubuntu Linux

Ubuntu linux is up and running on your computer now. Installing Ubuntu was less painful than any other linux installation, same to apply latest Ubuntu update too.

There is an GUI tool. It works like Microsoft or Red Hat update manager. You will see a little red icon in the kicker bar. It will only appear when new upgrades are available. All you have to do is click on it and follow the online instructions.

1) Click on the red icon in the kicker bar, select Install All Update.

2) All available software updates will be shown on the screen. You can select or skip them by check or uncheck the box next to update description. When you satisfied with your selection, click Install.

3) The screen show package files are being download in progress.

4) This screen showing package files are being applied into your Ubuntu Linux.

5) Upgrade completed. You can examine the files that changed. Click Close to finish.
